Acupressure
Acupressure is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine based on Taoist philosophy. According to this medicine, the human body is like a giant sponge saturated with five elements in constant movement: Jing (quintessence), Shen (spirit), Qi (vital or life force energy), Xue (blood), and Jin Ye (fluids). Any disharmony in this movement, such as stagnation, lack, or excess, can lead to disease.
Acupressure is an energetic medicine that studies the vital force or Qi. We can imagine the human body as a machine with electric circuits. These circuits are represented by 12 organ meridians and 8 extraordinary meridians that work together.
This medicine treats everything that Western medicine treats, with better results for functional problems. It can be preventive and curative, taking into consideration emotions, mental states, nutrition, symptoms, and lifestyle.
Flower essence
Although flowers have been used for healing for many centuries, flower essences in their modern form were first developed in the 1930s by an English physician, Dr. Edward Bach. They are known as Bach flower remedies and consist of 38 essences. However, the industry has since developed, and there are now more flower essences available than those used and described by Bach.
Flower essences are liquid extracts used to address profound issues of emotional well-being, such as traumas, transgenerational issues, psychic invasion, and mind-body health. By drinking water infused with these essences, one can gain a different perspective on situations or life, gain clarity where things are not aligned internally or in life, have “aha moments,” act in a more aligned way, release tensions, address avoided issues, let go, and more.
Unlike aromatic essential oils, flower essences are scent-free preparations derived from fresh flower blossoms. They harness the life force of plants and are extremely safe to use. Each flower addresses a specific issue, and a remedy can contain a maximum of 7 flower essences. This session includes an interview to create your personal remedy and a follow-up call after 6 weeks of use.
Osteopathy
Although bone setters have existed all over the world since ancient times, the practice of osteopathy was developed and spread by Andrew Taylor Still. He is the founder of osteopathy and coined the term in 1874. Osteopathic manipulation forms aim to restore nerve health and increase circulation so that the body can heal itself.
Osteopathic medicine is based on the principle that all body functions and systems are interconnected. It is divided into three spheres: structural, visceral, and cranial. The structural sphere addresses the mechanical aspect of the body structure, the visceral sphere addresses the function and motility of the organs, and the cranial sphere addresses issues or lesions in the nervous system (craniosacral issues).
Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a branch of osteopathy that was developed by Dr. John Upledger. This therapy involves a very gentle and light touch approach that releases tensions in the central nervous system (CNS). By doing so, every other system in the body can relax, self-correct, and free itself from any strains or disturbances.
Cerebrospinal fluid is sent down the spine as an expansion wave throughout the body and then up the spine as a contracting wave. This is viewed as the breath of the nervous system and forms the basis of this therapy. These waves can help locate areas where the flow is disrupted and with appropriate touch promotes recovery.
CST is used as a preventive health measure and is beneficial for migraines, headaches, chronic pain or fatigue, motor coordination impairments, CNS disorders, orthopedic problems, traumatic brain injuries or concussions, Alzheimer’s, spinal cord injuries, scoliosis, conception, pregnancy, birth, pediatric challenges, learning differences, autism or sensory processing, emotional difficulties, depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, temporomandibular or dental challenges, immune disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, post-surgical dysfunction, and sleep challenges.
Shamanic session
Dr. Albert Villoldo, my mentor, has combined knowledge about the body and spirit from both ancient shamanic traditions and modern neuroscience. He studied healing practices with Amazon and Andean shamans and later founded The Four Winds school.
We carry an energetic baggage that is a consequence of our past lives, karma, trauma, family baggage, societal rules, and more. This baggage influences our emotions, mental state, behavior, and our ability to manifest and attract things into our lives. It is our responsibility to take care of this baggage, and by doing so, we embark on an empowering journey.
Shamanic medicine can help us shift repetitive negative patterns or programs, cut toxic cords with others, remove negative imprints, extract crystallized energies or fluid entities, and align with our soul. It also involves soul retrieval, which is the process of recovering parts of our soul that may have left us during moments of trauma, among other benefits.
For this session, please be clear about what you want to work on and be willing to do the necessary work at home. This may involve activities such as consecutive days of meditation, creating a sand mandala, reciting chosen phrases out loud, writing in a journal, and other practices. Even if the session is successful, it is important to work on the mental aspect to integrate the new changes effectively. Otherwise, there is a possibility of temporary progress and regression.
Energy massage
This massage is gentle, intuitive, and transformative. It is specifically designed for sensitive individuals who are experiencing deep stress, intense emotions, mourning, active trauma, or those who require support in their process of awakening. It is also beneficial for individuals whose physical pain has an emotional basis.
During this massage, other services or tools that I offer can be incorporated, such as acupoints, restarting the cardiac plexus (osteopathy technique), opening sacred space using shamanic techniques, floral essences, craniosacral release, and meditation.
While this massage typically involves the use of oil, it can also be performed without oil. Touching through the clothes is possible and will be respected if preferred by the client.
Relaxation massage
This massage is intended to be a gift to oneself. It is performed with light to medium pressure, employing fluid movements and a slow rhythm. The focus is on increasing relaxation in both the body and mind, while providing more nourishment to the body and less focus towards working towards the release of muscular tension.
During the massage, a few drops of an essential oil blend are added to the massage oil specifically for the back and neck area. This enhances the experience and promotes additional benefits such as relaxation, rejuvenation, and aromatic therapy.

Therapy massage
This massage is specifically designed to address muscular tensions with a medium to firm pressure. The intention is to identifying and release muscular tension or knots. In addition to traditional massage techniques, this session may incorporate fascial remodeling techniques that are faster movements and it’s focused on the re-alignment of fibers in the fascia.
Upon request or as needed, the massage can also include acupressure points, craniosacral techniques, and osteopathy techniques to further address specific areas of concern and promote overall relaxation and relief.
The primary focus of this massage is to disperse muscular tension and provide targeted therapeutic benefits, rather than emphasizing overall nourishment or relaxation.

Thai oil massage
Thai massage is deeply rooted in Ayurvedic philosophy. It incorporates techniques that follow the Sen lines, which are energetic channels in Thai tradition, akin to the meridians in Chinese medicine. By working on the Sen lines, the massage stimulates and unlocks the flow of energy within these channels. This process harmonizes the mind, body, and soul, promoting a sense of balance and well-being.
Thai oil massage is a therapeutic and relaxing massage technique that originated in Thailand. It combines elements of traditional Thai massage with the application of essential oils to enhance the therapeutic benefits.
Thai oil massage is known to improve blood circulation, release muscle tension, and promote the overall balance of energy in the body. It can help relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and enhance a sense of well-being. The combination of gentle stretching and deep tissue manipulation can
also improve flexibility and range of motion.

Thai yoga massage
The combination of stretching, pressure, and rhythmic compressions used in Thai massage helps to release blockages and restore the natural flow of energy throughout the body. This energetic balance not only contributes to physical relaxation and rejuvenation but also supports mental and emotional harmony.
Other benefits of Thai yoga massage include relaxation, stress relief, pain reduction, improved range of motion, increased energy levels, and a sense of overall well-being. It is often considered both a therapeutic treatment and a form of passive yoga, as it can help recipients achieve deep states of relaxation and body awareness.
During a Thai yoga massage session, the recipient lies on a mat while the therapist uses their hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to apply pressure and perform various yoga-like stretching postures. The massage is often performed in a rhythmic and flowing manner, and I use my body weight to apply controlled pressure along the energy lines (Sen) and specific points (Marma) on the body.

Hot stone massage
Hot stone massage is a therapeutic technique that aims to relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues in the body. The treatment involves placing smooth, flat, heated volcanic stones on specific parts of the body. Additionally, I hold heated stones in my hands and use them to massage the client.
The heat from the stones helps to warm and loosen the muscles, allowing for deeper relaxation and relief from muscle tension. Hot stone massage has been found to be beneficial for various conditions, including muscle pain, sleep disorders, anxiety, and stress. The warmth of the stones can promote relaxation, improve blood circulation, and alleviate discomfort.

Pregnant woman massage
A relaxation massage during pregnancy can have multiple beneficial effects on the body of a pregnant woman, regardless of whether she is experiencing discomfort. The comprehensive relaxation provided by the massage promotes better sleep and aids in recovery, thereby helping to control fatigue that is often felt, particularly during the first and third trimesters of pregnancy. Furthermore, the massage can alleviate stress and anxiety, enabling the pregnant woman to approach her pregnancy and childbirth with greater serenity.
This massage is performed with utmost gentleness and imparts a nurturing sensation to the body. To further enhance the relaxation and tension release, I like to conclude the session with craniosacral therapy focused on the neck area. This specific technique targets the nervous system and provides additional relief from tensions, promoting overall well-being and relaxation for the pregnant woman.

Green clay detox massage
Clay contains essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc that are crucial for various life processes. During a clay massage, the body absorbs these minerals, promoting relaxation of the nerves and a state of balance.
The clay also possesses soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help calm redness, irritation, and inflammation associated with conditions like acne, eczema, or psoriasis. Additionally, clay can provide relief for conditions such as osteoarthritis, bruising, and sprains. It has detoxifying properties and can aid in skin repair.
In this massage, green clay is used in combination with oil, similar to a traditional relaxation massage. The application of green clay during the massage enhances its therapeutic effects, allowing for the absorption of minerals through the skin and providing the additional benefits of clay therapy. The massage aims to promote relaxation, release tension, and enhance the overall well-being of the individual.

Red light therapy
During a red light therapy session, light-emitting diodes (LEDs) or lasers are used to deliver the light energy to the targeted areas of the body. The light penetrates the skin and is absorbed by cells within the body, primarily in the mitochondria, the powerhouse of the cells.
The absorbed light energy is believed to enhance cellular function by promoting the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is the energy source for cells. It also stimulates the release of nitric oxide, a molecule that helps improve blood circulation.
Red light therapy has been studied for a variety of conditions, including skin rejuvenation, wound healing, pain relief, and inflammation reduction. It is commonly used in dermatology clinics, sports medicine, and physical therapy settings.
